The placement and purchase of an order with Yoroi Arma constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and conditions listed below. Yoroi Arma reserves the right to make changes to its website and terms and conditions at any time.

Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on this site, including the text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Yoroi Arma, Copyright ©, ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. All images, audio and video clips are the sole property of Yoroi Arma or their respective content provider. You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site and for no other purpose. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without Yoroi Arma prior written permission. Price matching doesn’t include specials, reduced to clear or from another country other than Japan. It also doesn’t include the Yahoo auctions, Rakuten and Amazon. Loyalty points accumulated from previous orders cannot be used towards the price match. Once the order is completed Loyalty points will not be issued.

All prices listed on our website, advertisement and/or catalogue do not include shipping & handling charges. All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Upon the placement of your order the total cost will be provided including the price of the parts plus shipping to your country. Prices do not include any taxes or duty that may apply on entry to your country.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from the supplier or manufacturer, Yoroi Arma shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Any New parts order which is awaiting payment can be cancelled with Nengun Performance® with no charge to the customer. Once an order is in processing, pre shipping or completed there can be no cancellation. For bids made on Auctions or for orders as a result of a winning bid. There can be no cancellations.

Please ensure your order is correct after it has been confirmed and before transferring your payment. Credit may be provided via loyalty points or refund into your account.

Nengun Performance® accepts all major credit cards, payable through Pay Pal, more information is provided during the order placement process. Bank transfers are also accepted; A transfer service fee of 4,000 yen will apply. UFJ bank deposits cannot be refunded back to your nominated account. The funds can be refunded as store credit. PayPal and credit cards are refundable. We do not accept All E checks via Pay Pal.

Orders will not be processed or shipped until this waiting period is over. Credit card fraud will not be tolerated. All orders paid by credit card must be shipped to the cardholders billing address or verified alternate shipping address. Orders will NOT be shipped if the address provided does not match the records of the credit cardholders bank.

Our standard delivery terms are 7 - 21 Japanese business days, Unless the part has to be made to order. However, a more accurate shipment estimate is provided on the site when your order is placed. This shipment estimate is then maintained during the life of the order should there be any further updates. The type of freight used is EMS (Express mail Service) The maximum length aloud is 1.6 meters. If a part is deemed a Special order which is longer than 1.6 meters, another source of freight has to be used. Any additional freights costs will be paid for by the purchaser.

Once an order has been sent, a tracking number will be issued via the site under my orders. If the order is returned back to Japan due to an incorrect address given by the customer or no one is in attendance to collect the order upon delivery. All freight costs for the order to be sent back are the responsibility of the customer.

All foreign orders are final, no returns will be accepted; therefore, it is the buyer’s responsibility to order the correct part. Nengun Performance® does not guarantee proper fitment for buyers’ foreign vehicles as all parts sold by Nengun Performance® are for Right Hand Drive made for the Japanese domestic market.

As soon as the goods are delivered to Buyer, they shall inspect them. Notice sent via email must be given within three (3) days after receipt of goods of any defect or omissions. Failure to give notice within three (3) days after receipt shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods.

Nengun Performance will exchange and pay all shipping expenses to the value of the freight sent from Japan to the customers address ONLY if the part number received does not match the order placed within 3 days of confirmed delivery. Claims due to the incorrect selection of products will not be accepted.

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the order being received by the buyer as detailed in the shipments tracking records.  Change of mind returns are subject to a 30% (Thirty percent) restocking fee and shipping fees are at the buyer’s expense. Returns or exchanges are not accepted on ignition systems, computers, electrical units, bulbs, lighting accessories, software, special orders and custom orders.

No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified. Wheels which have been mounted, are none returnable. If Nengun Performance® does not accept a returned item as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, the buyer must accept any incurred cost. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing a particular part.

A return must be clearly marked on return packages, otherwise package will be refused. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging. Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions, or parts will be subject to a restocking fee. The returned item(s) must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.

Please contact us before shipping parts to be returned, we will make the necessary shipping arrangements and guide you through the process.

A refund, exchange or return will not be made until all items are returned to Nengun Performance®. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Orders placed by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card account only.  International bank transfers cannot be refunded back to your own account, either store credit or a refund via Pay Pal can be arranged. Refused shipments sent back to Nengun Performance® do not constitute a refund or credit. Nengun Performance® reserve the right to charge the customer shipping & handling costs for the refused shipment and a 30% restocking fee.

Refunds for any reason processed through PayPal may be subject to additional processing fees charged by PayPal, typically up to 4% of the transaction value. Refunds are returned only to the PayPal account used to place the original order and can take up to 7 days to clear.

Refunds processed through direct credit card transactions can only be returned to the original account used for payment. Refunds typically take 1 business day, but can take up to 7 days to clear depending on the bank and credit card used.

All products sold by Nengun Performance® are only subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer warranty will not be honoured if the customers mishandling, abuse or faulty installation causes the defect. If a product is deemed faulty, the purchaser will pay for all shipping costs. Nengun Performance® will only accept a warranty return if the purchaser supplies a receipt of instalment from a licensed automotive engineer. Parts installed by a non-licensed automotive engineer will render the warranty claim as void.
